› Installation
No-Sag pneumatic tools can safely support controlled pressure of maximum 100 and 200 lbs. (8,5 kg/cm 2), depending on the model. However, when operating them, the least possible pressure should be used. This precaution will considerably increase the tools' lifespan.
› the tool should be installed as close to the air pressure regulator as possible. The air hose should have an internal diameter of, at least, 3/8" (9, 52), and should be as short as possible.
› the fast attachment (optional), not only facilitates and allows you to place and remove the tool quickly for maintenance or substitution, but also avoids leakage and increases the hose's durability.
› the use of special oil for pneumatic tools on a daily basis is essential. We recommend No-Sag non-detergent oil, which does not affect rubber parts, such as rings, diaphragms and bumpers. We recommend the proper installation of compressed air, according to specifications from the compressor manufacturer. We suggest aerial pneumatic installation, because it not only benefits the tools but also avoids accidents while moving the products and during circulation of people.
› installing a shelf may be very helpful. It can serve as a support for the tool when not in use, and also for storing staples or nails used on a daily basis.
› Maintenance
› No-Sag pneumatic
tools have an easy-maintenance design. However, a few minor precautions will guarantee more durability and their perfect performance
.
1 -
We highly recommend the use of lubricants along with a filter and regulator in order to avoid any malfunction and maintain an excellent performance of the tools. If that is not possible, a few drops of oil for pneumatic tools should be placed in the air inlet, at least once a day and always when starting a job, never at the end.
2 - Keep the magazine always clean. The operator should blow it before use, and lubricate it when beginning the job, in case there is no air preparation device.
3 - If, for any reason, the piston or valve assembly needs to be removed, lubrication with Vaseline is essential before replacement.
4 - Always use legitimate No-Sag staples, nails and pegs. Developed and produced in an ISO certified process, excellent quality is always guaranteed.
