We also offer quick courses and apprenticeship programs, to train operators on how to promptly solve minor problems, allowing clients to skip Technical Assistance Service and reducing unproductive time to practically zero.
Additionally, there are two special services, in Grande São Paulo, for large customers and users of our tools:
› A fleet of vehicles equipped with a complete workshop, stock and qualified technicians ready to solve major problems, in the client's own establishment.
› A regularly scheduled service - weekly or bi-weekly depending on the number of tools being used, established for large customers, for preventive or corrective maintenance
